Located in Herdade da Aroeira, this project is characterized by the wide opening of the spaces in the social areas to the outside, guaranteeing open views of the pool area, garden and the golf course.

The main elevation of the house is organized into two distinct bodies that appear to be separated into two independent volumes, accentuated by the offset of the upper body and their different materialities, with the one located on the ground floor covered in Silverwave natural stone and the upper one applied the ETICS hood system.

One of the most prominent rooms in this project can be considered the Sanitary Installation of the Master suite, which is equipped with a large bathtub carved in an oval shape, above which there is a skylight with the same shape. This repetition of shapes gives the gradual rise of the focus of vision, contradicting the natural path of light that enters the space.

Localizado na Herdade da Aroeira, este projeto é caracterizado pela ampla abertura dos vãos das zonas sociais para o exterior, garantindo vistas desafogadas para a zona de piscina, jardim e o campo de golf.

O alçado principal da moradia organiza-se em dois corpos distintos que aparentam estar separados em dois volumes independentes, acentuados pelo desfasamento do corpo superior e materialidades distintas dos mesmos, sendo o que se localiza no piso térreo revestido a pedra natural Silverwave e no superior aplicado o sistema de capoto ETICS.

Uma das divisões de maior destaque neste projeto poderá ser considerada a Instalação Sanitária da Master suite que é dotada de uma grande banheira esculpida em forma oval, sobre a qual se encontra uma clarabóia com o mesmo formato. Esta repetição de formas confere a ascensão gradual do foco da visão, contrariando o percurso natural da luz que entra no espaço.
